How does this work?

It's extremely simple! Once you register, we give you an address you can use when ordering and an identifier to put in the name so we know which packages are yours. Once you have ordered everything we prepare the package and ship it to you

Which shipping services do you use?

Currently, we offer international shipping through FedEx or the Post Service, depending on what's cheaper for you.

For E2E* orders, we also offer shipping with DPD and DHL

Can I use your service if a store only supports delivery to a pickup point?

Don't worry! We also have a pickup point to which you can get your purchases delivered to without making the process more difficult.

I buy a lot. Am I eligible for bulk discounts?

We would be more than happy to give you personalized rates based on purchase volume. If you buy regularly in big volumes we will give you the best rates, but we can surely find good rates for smaller buyers too.

Which countries do you ship from?

We are currently located in Italy, the United Kingdom and the US, but our goal is to keep expanding!

Do I need to pay import taxes?

Please check with your customs authorities to see how much you can import before getting taxes.

What are the fees?

Our base fee is 8 euros for each package in your order, but if you have big orders feel free to negotiate the fee with us!

Are there prohibited items?

We can't ship items that are illegal in the country our hub is located in.

For items shipped trought air cargo (which nearly all orders are), the IATA guidelines must also be followed.

Is there a minimum order size?

No, we are happy to work with customers of all sizes
